Walking down the grocery aisle scouring the shelves for a jar of your tot’s favourite jelly flavor, you will most likely come across some brands that come in easy-squeeze bottles. Just how different are the two really? Marketers of easy-squeeze bottles boast about convenience and practicality of their packaging, allowing for the product to be squeezed out directly to where they are supposed to go instead of having to use a separate utensil to scoop out the product from a jar. Some would also claim that easy-squeeze bottles help you squeeze the product out of the bottle right to the last drop. But, do these easy squeeze bottles really work as their marketers claim? Most consumers still feel ...
Scrape or Squeeze: Which Is More Pocket-Friendly?

Some people get excited after seeing videos of domesticated octopuses (yes that is the proper plural form) and don’t realize the YouTube video they are seeing could be a family in China or a country that has very little domestic animal enforcement. There are also items like cost, time and energy to properly care for them. Most tropical species ...

Removing Limescale with Vinegar
Limescale is off-white, chalky deposits you see inside cooking pots and kettles, taps and water pipes, and in appliances such as washing machines and dishwashers. They usually appear to be off-white, light brown to orange in color. This is because of the chemicals such as iron, calcium and magnesium, that are present in the water and are left as the water evaporates. Limescale also form when water elements combine with soap, thus leaving soap scum in the surfaces of sinks, bath tubs, and draining pipes. Limescale can be very unsightly, and getting rid of them is such a pain even with the use of commercial descaling agents. Good thing there are materials readily available at home which could ...

Kitchen needs
Having some days off proved useful for hunting kitchen cabinets and appliances. I also had time doing some floorplans and designing with the help of a free online software.
